Learn how to implement the Student-Centered Coaching, a framework for instructional coaching that shifts the focus from ‘fixing’ teachers to collaborating with them to design instruction that targets student outcomes.

**Note: We recommend principals attend alongside coaches in the morning so that they are prepared to lead the effort.
