WiTALL has an opportunity for vendors during our Fall Annual Conference. Our WiTALL Annual Conference is well attended by Directors of Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Coaches, and key Teacher Leaders. Attendees often take time to review materials and chat with our vendors during our breaks and social time. Addition add-on sponsorships are also available for the annual event. Our Vendor Price includes:
🧨 logo on our WiTALL website for at least 3 months after;
🧨 rotating logo on our TV at the registration table during the conference;
🧨 logo on tabletop cards;
🧨 vendors are eligible to exhibit at the event;
🧨 recognized in a WiTALL newsletter;
🧨 one-time use of electronic mailing list, upon request, of event attendees.
Vendor Cost for 2026 Annual Conference:
One Day- $750.00 plus membership-priced registration for those attending the booth (which includes the evening social)
Two Days- $1,000.00 plus membership-priced registration for those attending the booth (conference concludes around noon on day 2)
Wisconsin Teaching and Learning Leaders' programs and events are sponsorable as determined by the WiTALL Executive Committee.
Initial preference for program and event sponsorship shall go to sponsors of the past WiTALL Fall Conferences.
Sponsorship of a non-conference event (ex: workshop, speaker, presentation) is limited to one presenting sponsor. WiTALL reserves the right to approach a vendor that may be aligned with the workshop/event.
